We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

3. Products and Pricing
* All prices for products on our website are indicated in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT (BTW), unless stated otherwise.
* We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
* We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4. Shipping and Delivery
* Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times typically range between 2-4 business days depending on the destination.
* We currently ship to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France. 
* Shipping is free for orders of €50 and above. For orders below €50, the shipping fee is €5 for the Netherlands and €9 for other countries (Germany, Belgium, France), calculated at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds
* You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
* To start a return, you can contact us at info@puruvera.com. 
* Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
