At Puruvera, we work diligently to ensure your orders reach you as quickly and securely as possible.

  • Order Processing Time: Your orders will be handed over to the courier within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. (Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.)

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders are typically delivered to your address within 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Fees:

    • Shipping is free for orders of 50 euros and above.

    • For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout and added to your cart.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment in real-time.

  • Delivery Regions: Currently, we only ship to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France.
